Your order will only be considered confirmed once we approve and process it for dispatch. By placing an order through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Email, you are making an offer to purchase our products, which becomes a binding agreement only after our acceptance.

If you provide your email or contact details, we may notify you regarding order confirmation, processing, or updates.

All products remain the property of Black and White by Naila until full payment has been received where advance payment applies. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or other reasons, we may cancel the order and process the refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and may be updated without prior notice.

Payments may be accepted through approved methods such as:

• Bank Transfer
• JazzCash
• EasyPaisa
• SadaPay
• Other approved payment methods

Refunds will also be processed in PKR only. Orders requiring advance payment will only proceed after payment confirmation.

Delivery of Your Order

Delivery time usually takes 3–5 working days depending on location and order type.

We deliver to the shipping address provided by the customer during order placement. Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details. We reserve the right to cancel an order if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability. Once delivery is completed, the responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Where necessary, we may split deliveries depending on stock availability or courier situations without additional delivery charges. Order changes may only be accepted before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, changes, refunds, or exchanges may not be possible according to policy eligibility.

Custom Stitching Orders

Custom stitched orders are prepared according to the measurements and instructions provided by the customer. Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate size details.

Custom stitched orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once confirmed and processing has started.
