At Black and White by Naila, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory item, we are here to assist you with return, exchange, or refund options.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund in the following cases:
- Defective item received
- Damaged item received
- Wrong item delivered
- Wrong size delivered
- Change of mind
- Size issue (standard sizes only)
Important Note:
Custom stitched orders are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Used, washed, altered or damaged products after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Return Request Timeline
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Our support team will review your request and guide you further. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is available in the following cases:
- Size exchange (except custom size orders)
- Wrong product received
- Defective item
- Damaged item
Once your request is approved, our team will provide the return process details.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available in all approved return cases, including:

- Wrong product
- Wrong size
- Change of mind
- Exchange not possible
Important Note:
If the return is due to size issue or change of mind, the delivery charges will not be included in the refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received by the seller. Once received and approved, your refund will be completed within 7 working days.
Refunds can be made through:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash
- SadaPay
- Other approved payment methods
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom stitched orders
- Unstitched fabric after cutting
- Used or washed items
- Altered products after delivery

Return Shipping Responsibility
For approved returns, return shipping instructions will be shared by our team.
In cases of size issue or change of mind, delivery charges are non-refundable.
